Places on ‘Looking After Me’ course for carers

There will be a ‘Looking After Me’ course taking place at Horfield Health Centre starting on Wednesday 6th February from 10am until 12.30pm for six weeks. The Practice Manager has arranged that up to six places will be available to carers who are not patients at the health centre.
